Today's devotional is filled with wonderful words of what happens
when we DO meet God at the beginning of everyday! I especially appreciate Sarah'
Young's words that describe what God is saying to us when we wake up in the
morning and turn our thoughts immediately to Him: "I renew your strength and saturate you with Peace." Isn't it
a blessing to KNOW that EVERYDAY here on earth, we are able to be
filled with God's Strength and Peace by simply opening our mind and
heart and thoughts to Him? If you have developed this great habit, please share with me and others how you got started.
As happens many times with these readings, an old hymn comes to mind as I read through the devotional. Today it is "Morning Has Broken." Please
take time to listen to these words and watch this magnificent video
that shows some of God's Wonders. I hope this will help you and me start
our days giving "praise for the morning" and for all of our Lord's
blessings!
