No matter how much I pray for the Lord's Presence and guidance, when things go wrong, I tend to forget. I appreciate today's reminder that even in those times, I can whisper God's name as He IS still with me.
Something else that especially spoke to me is the statement that says, "Do not waste your time and energy wishing for a different set of circumstances." We are reminded to simply TRUST HIM!
Another scripture that is relevant to this devotional is Romans 8:38-39. In it we are told that neither life nor death nor anything in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God. Do you have a favorite scripture that gives you strength and peace in times of special need? We know that we all WILL have those times!
