Be Still Before Our Lord

Our world is such a busy one that it is often very difficult to just sit in stillness with our Lord. From today's devotional and scriptures, it is clear that being still in God's Presence is one of the spiritual disciplines that is needed by everyone - if God is going to "renew our mind."

The scripture passage from Romans has had a special meaning for me - when I really accepted the fact that God will TRANSFORM me! That transformation is what will help us see, understand and do God's good and perfect Will.

"Be Still My Soul" is the hymn that first came to mind when I started today's reading. I pray that you have time to "be still in God's Presence" and focus on these meaningful lyrics.
