God gives us many of Promises to encourage us, guide us, and sometimes just to help keep us going. Today's reading stated something that I had never given much thought - that His last recorded Promise to us was, "Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
This reading and passage made me think about times when I leave my loved ones and know that I might not see them for awhile. I want to let them know that I love them - and I'm sure that's what Jesus was doing for us. I praise and thank Him for that wonderful Promise and His most amazing Love!
