I had never thought about one of Sarah Young's comments about anything we desire more than God becomes and idol. Today's reading and scriptures make it so clear that we should be talking to God about what we are pursuing in order to be clear that this is God's Will. I hope and pray that God will guide me to NOT have other idols in my life - except for my Lord.
I hope that the beautiful hymn, "Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God," will bless you as it has me in my worship time today.
