In my Sunday School class, we have been studying a book about making a choice seizing and recognizing "joy" every day of our lives. Someone in class gave us a quote as a way to find joy: "Seek Jesus first; then others; then yourself." Today's devotional and scriptures remind us that each day is a gift from our Father, but it's up to us to "savor" this gift.
I praise Him for the gift of today and ask for God's guidance in seeking His Presence and His Joy through His most "Amazing Grace." (this rendition by Chris Tomlin with an added verse)
